Colorado Medical Marijuana

The growing Colorado Medical Marijuana dispensary and patient service movement is still going through some challenges and hurdles but these are surely short term bumps. The goal of providing Colorado Medical Marijuana patients with safe, affordable medicine free from worry of police intervention is coming to fruition. The overall view on Marijuana in the state is becoming more and more liberal with each passing year.

Romer Comments About His Colorado Medical Marijuana Regulation Bill Misleading

Excellent interview with Senator Romer where he misleads people on camera about his new Colorado medical marijuana regulation bill.

Read his bill and see if you can find anything about these claims he is making. The funny part, or rather sad part, is that he genuinely appears to believe what he is saying. Doesn't he know what is in his own bill?

It's unfortunate that most people don't have the time or access to check these bills for themselves, and have to rely on politicians like this to tell them what  the bills contain. It appears that patients at Denver Health, University of Colorado Medical Center, and veterans with fixed or low income are not important in Romer's obsession to roll back the clock on medical marijuana in Colorado. I can understand him taking an alternative perspective on the issue, but flat out misleading people to believe he is supportive of Amendment 20 and the patients it helps is completely unethical.

So the search is on. If someone can find anything about 'clinics we hope to create' re-imbursing low income patients for doctor referrals in Senate Bill 109, I think many would be interested in reading it.
