Colorado HB 1284 Final Version Passed
Colorado Medical Marijuana regulation HB 1284 has passed with some nasty last minute changes and deletions.
At one point, Colorado House Bill 10-1284 was looking to be almost fair and workable, but changes made in the last few weeks and hours turned this into an anti amendment 20 peice of legislation designed to empower law enforcement and cities in removing medical marijuana.Here is the Final Version of Colorado HB 1284.

The Colorado Medical Marijuana community and medical marijuana attorneys have now had time to fully read and digest what this bill contains and it will likely be challenged in future litigation.
