• Grand Junction and Castle Rock Ban Medical Marijuana Dispensaries

  Two more Colorado municipalities have banned medical marijuana dispensaries from operating within city limits. Both the city of Grand Junction and  city of Castle Rock have decided that medical marijuana dispensaries are no longer welcome.  

• Marijuana USA and Colorado Medical Marijuana

  Marijuana USA is a documentary on the current state of marijuana in America. While it isn't entirely about medical marijuana, or marijuana in colorado, there is a nice focus on Colorado's medical marijuana scene. For anyone that hasn't already seen it, I recommend checking it out.  

• Colorado Medical marijuana Edibles Bill HB 1250

  Republican Cindy Acree continues with the HB 1250 medical marijuana edibles bill, although the original has been modified after speaking with local medical marijuana supporters and lobbyists.  

• Colorado HB 1043 Marijuana Clean Up Bill

  The Colorado medical marijuana 'clean up' bill HB 1043 sponsored by Tom Massey and Pat Steadman is moving through the legislative process.

   

• Loveland Dispensaries Forced To Close

  Tuesday March 1st was the deadline for all medical marijuana dispensaries in Loveland Colorado to shut down their operations.
